Our Saturday

This past Saturday we celebrated my Mom's birthday. We went to Allen and Sally's house ate BBQ and had a great time! Avery of course was the center of attention! Later that night Johnny and I went to a trivia night with our friends. It was the first time we left Avery for a night out and we had a so much fun! (although we did miss our baby girl!)

Our First Family Vacation

This past week Johnny was on vacation so we decided to hit the road for a mini vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks. Our friends Mike, Marcia and Connor came along and we all had a great time together. We shopped, the boys played golf and we all hung out at the pool. It was Avery's first time at the pool and she didn't mind being in the water at all, she actually slept for most of it! It was so nice to get away for a few days, a big thanks to Aunt Lynne and Uncle George for letting us stay at their condo and for cooking us a fantastic dinner on Tuesday! We look forward to taking Avery on many more vacations!

BBQ at the Quesenberry's

This past Saturday we went to a bbq at Angie and Kori's house. We had a great time! Johnny had fun playing (or as he likes to put it, dominating) washers and I had fun playing with all the babies. Avery was one of 9 kids there, 7 of which were babies. There was a 7 year old, a 5 year old, two 8 month olds, a 6 month old, a 4 month old, a 3 month old, a 2 month old (Avery) and a 2 week old! Needless to say it was baby mania!

Brooklyn is just learning to pull herself up, watch out Ang she'll be walking before you know it! Avery was a bit jealous of Brooklyn's FABULOUS bow!!! We will be making a trip to Hobby Lobby soon! :)

OMG, she had the same dress on as Miss Avery...but in a different color thank God!!! HA HA!!! We could have had a fashion emergency on our hands! :)

Aunt Rosie's Birthday

Two weekends ago we celebrated my Aunt Rosie's birthday at our house. It was the first time Avery got to meet more of her family!

Aunt Rosie just ate Avery up and spoiled her too by adding to her already growing shoe and clothing collection! Avery can now add pink and white Nike tennis shoes to her wardrobe!
