Give Thanks

Thanksgiving was a long but fun day for all of us! We started off the day by having brunch at Aunt Lynne & Uncle George's house. They had just gotten a new puppy "Deeva" and Avery was mesmerized by this new little ball of fur! Avery loves dogs, and is used to my parents' big labs but this puppy was definitely more her size!

Then it was back to our house for dinner/late lunch. No, I didn't make the turkey, my mom brought it. Someday I'll be brave enough to cook the turkey! :)

Avery's first snow!!! It wasn't much, just a light dusting, but it was pretty!

Eating mashed potatoes for the first time, despite this face, she LOVED them! She also ate cranberry sauce and a little bit of green bean casserole. She loved everything!

We ended the day at Johnny's grandparents' house for more food and desserts! For some reason Avery is the center of attention everywhere we go! :)

Johnny & I are so thankful for all we have...especially this little turkey! Happy Thanksgiving!
